A clear material brief helps avoid assumptions about acceptance, cost or scheduling.
1. Prepare a useful description
Include material or item type, condition, approximate quantity and dimensions where useful. An estimate is fine if clearly labelled as an estimate.
2. Add the location and access
A city or ZIP code is enough for an initial inquiry. Explain stairs, gates, loading access or other practical constraints. Do not include unnecessary private information.
3. Prepare your email
The contact form creates a draft in your browser. Review it in your email app and choose whether to send it. The form itself does not submit a request, book collection or confirm delivery.
4. Confirm the proposed arrangement
Before moving materials or agreeing to collection, confirm acceptance, service availability, any quote, payment or fees, timing and responsibilities. Ask about any documentation you require.
