the difference.

Do not move or dismantle items solely on the basis of this website.

Metal and cable

State whether the material appears to be steel, aluminum, copper, brass or a mix. Include insulation, coatings or attached components. If you do not know the type, say so rather than guessing.

Appliances and equipment

List item types, approximate dimensions and whether they are intact. Refrigerant-containing equipment, batteries and other regulated components require specific acceptance and handling confirmation.

Electronics

Describe the equipment and ask what can be accepted. Do not assume data destruction, certified recycling or secure chain-of-custody services are included. Clarify requirements before handing over devices.

Do not include hazardous or unknown materials without review

Identify any batteries, liquids, pressurized containers or suspected contamination in your inquiry. Acceptance and any specialist handling must be agreed first.
